研究方向

陆稻陆生适应性进化和人工选择的作用机制:以稻种资源为实验材料,利用群体遗传学(比较/进化基因组学)、关联和连锁分析、功能基因组学(多组学联合分析)发掘陆稻旱地适应性进化和人工驯化的关键基因,结合分子生物学进行基因功能验证和分子遗传机制解析。

节水抗旱高产水稻分子设计育种:基于稻种资源旱地条件下产量表型及单倍型关联分析,筛选最优适应性相关等位基因并开发功能性分子标记,结合基因编辑技术、转基因技术和第三代杂交稻技术构建节水抗旱高产水稻分子设计育种体系。
